The Botanic Sapa exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We were pleasantly surprised with daily afternoon snacks and water for our treks. The breakfast portions were so generous that we didn't need to eat lunch. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the main road but still peaceful and quiet. The mountain views from our first-floor room were breathtaking. But the highlight of our stay was Van, the host, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and memorable. She gave us insider tips on hidden waterfalls and other secret sightseeing spots that turned out to be the best part of Sapa for us. Van helped us arrange a private trek and even provided detailed maps for local restaurants and attractions. She truly made us feel at home, and her adorable daughter and friendly chihuahua added to the warm hospitality. we can't recommend the Botanic Sapa enough!
Additionally, the property has steps that may be challenging for mobility-impaired individuals. Despite these minor inconveniences, we would gladly book the Botanic Sapa again.

Our stay at Botanic Sapa was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, Van and her husband made us feel right at home. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Despite the cold weather in December, they provided heating blankets and aircon-heating to keep us warm and cozy. It was such a delight to come back to a pre-warmed bed in the evening. Van and her husband went above and beyond to assist us with bus tickets, guided tours, and restaurant recommendations. The hotel's location was perfect - in the heart of Sapa but tucked away from noisy roads, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, their adorable cats and dog added an extra charm to our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely return to Botanic Sapa Hotel.
Nothing could have been better. 🌟

The helpful and friendly hosts provide excellent service, making guests feel right at home. You can enjoy a delicious and filling breakfast, and the rooms are kept impeccably clean. Some minor maintenance issues were noticed, such as a lamp not working and a small gap under the door.

I recently stayed at the charming Botanic Sapa hotel for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The owners, Van and Ming, were incredibly warm and friendly, treating us like old friends. Van's cooking skills are exceptional, and I highly recommend trying her delicious meals. The room was spotlessly clean and boasted beautiful views of the mountains. Van and Ming were always willing to offer helpful advice on nearby shops and dining options. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, their adorable doggie Kem was an added bonus. I can't thank them enough for a truly lovely time - I highly recommend this place.
